To answer Commodores question of why not much commentary is quite honestly I've been stunned and keep trying to figure out what is going to happen.

Superdeath looks like he is going to end up with the short end of this stick. He did all the work against Ginger's stack and whipped his economy to death in order to do it, and he will end up having lost a city (to Gavagai) at the end of all of this. Maybe SD can get Embassytown? Not much more than that, though. Pretty sad. Also unclear if Commodore will actually be able to hold anything. Ginger's 30+ unit stack plus cannons will really do a number on Commodore if Commodore is on the offense. Nauf might get out of this dogpile with the most gains for the least investment! How generous of SD and Commodore to help one of the top contenders bolster his position with little gain to themselves!

So Superdeath gives up the chance to eliminate Ginger and split his lands in order to fight Gav? Or was he afraid Gav peacing out meant Gav might stab him and figures he might as well do it first?

Really shows how hard it is to keep an alliance together against a threatening foe.

I think there was little to gain for SD because of the terrain layout, and if he can actually conquer Gav that's good for him, although Amica might then take it all from him afterwards.
Ginger will enact revenge on Comm and nauf so as can be relaxed in that direction. He could have stayed passively at war with ginger as well.
I don't know either how they would've actually cracked Ginger's stack, without sacrificing another one or 2 of their own in the process

Amica not taking the inner sea fort opportunity is quite a missed opportunity, but it might just be the next step on Commodore's golden path to an implausible victory

Amica retreating from Commodore might make him re-evaluate that. It's really a missed opportunity and one that he is seemingly over-thinking

Nauf may concede now that the inner sea is breached or he may hope for SD to come in now that you are dead.

Naufragar has conceded to Amicalola, but that is contingent on Superdeath’s concession.
Ginger conceded earlier too, but that was when he was in despair.
Superdeath has not.
Commodore has not.
Gavagai is eliminated.

So I think the game goes on?
