The only problem: no sonnets in my thread . No threadjacks of this level either.
Not only in spoilers, but also wrapped in IMG tags
I suppose I'll go broaden my PB5 horizons a bit, then, if Commodore's not the only one inspired to new heights. Not like I was giving any dedlurkery advice, after all.

Hey now Rego, you're flaunting yourself but you haven't even stopped by to say Hi! to me before, so I don't think you quite count. :neenernee

Wow, what have I started? I guess I really need to check out PB5. Anyone want to buy me as a dedlurker? My Civ skills are, needless to say, prodigious, and I guarantee a win* to whoever buys me.
Any takers? I'll attempt to grok your thread and get up to date by the weekend.
[SIZE="1"]*"Win" to be defined based on the aim of the team, which may not actually be "winning the game", but a combination of objectives. See every Rego game ever where his goal is to "win the game" but actually to win the threadspam award. For Krill, I can pen a War and Peace every day or so, Scooter, not sure, maybe just get a diplo win for unquenchable good cheer.[/SIZE]

I'll buy yah, Boldy. My thread is clearly the grokablest. Violence and poetry, blended with wit and charm. Plus, awesome diplo:
I'll do us a nice big HRE-wide update here, I guess, if the greenish haze rising up from every city doesn't sicken you all too badly.

Sold. I hope you don't actually think I'm going to help any.

Boldly, here is my case. PB5 players don't read. It's not outrageously spoilery, but potentially influencing meta comments.
Edit: ARGH CROSSPOST. Too late.

@Scooter: Hmm.... Damn. You do make a compelling argument. I have not yet opened the PB5 thread, so perhaps my commitment to Commodore was premature. :D
@Commodore: You did buy me cheaply, and now I feel like a trussed up hooker grabbing a two dollar bill off the nightstand. I feel cheap because I sold myself to the first taker! WWKD? (Krill)...

Krill, oddly enough, would stay bought. He's the least-bastardly player ever really, don't believe the rep. Here's a couple fun examples: Context is yours only if you read the whole thread!
