Okay I had an hour this afternoon before festivities so I set up the email. You all should receive emails asking you to confirm forwarding from rbpbem11@gmail.com so please confirm that.
Once everyone has confirmed, I will let you know. At that point, you will not send the save directly to the next player. Instead each person will simply email the save directly to rbpbem11@gmail.com, from there it will be forwarded to the correct person. From here the tracker will be automatically updated. You will not need to do anything other than receive the save, play and email it to that account.

. So we should send saves to rbpbem11 at gmail.com. Should we've a tracker page or something since I don't see how this alone makes things that much different or can we shomehow monitor what is inside the rbpbem11 account?
