Werewolf 3 Game Thread

Well, just because it's the most likely by-chance distribution doesn't mean it would be useless to know for sure that it's the right one. For instance later when we've picked up 2 wolves from one category and none from another, we know it's better to look in the other category because they probably would have spread themselves out.

Of the stuff posted since I went to bed, I thought this made the most sense.

Hard to imagine the wolves all ganging up on the same person on Day 1. It would draw way too much attention once the first wolf was discovered amongst the list.

Of course, now that OP said that, maybe all the wolves will team up next vote just to throw us off track.

The night was uncharacteristically quiet.

In the morning, the villagers milled around the village square, the rain had stopped. They noticed the Bobchillingworth had not come out of his house. Novice, being mayor, went to investigate. When he knocked on Bob's door, there was no answer. Instead, the door swung open with a loud creak. It wasn't barred. Bob's house was empty, and there were no signs of a struggle. Novice searched the entire house, but there was no sign of Bob. At last he came to the door to the basement; Bob never let anyone go down there, it must be where he was hiding. Hopefully he had just overslept. As he decended the stairs, Novice noticed the smell. The entirety of Bob's basement floor was covered in runes and arcane writings, a gigantic circle, that no-one had ever seen before. Novice had no idea as to what it's purpose was. Pieces of what had been Bob were scattered about the floor, each piece chalked out in a white outline.

At least the wolves had a sense of humor.
