Are you sure? Plantations require the Jungle to be removed, which you can't do without IW. You're not thinking of Camping Ivory, are you?

I have to confess that I had to google Jules Rimet Well, naming a city Red Star because the theme is green things is really weird, I like it. Do you prefer just Red Star or Red Star 93 / Paris or something of the style?
I assume you are not one of the gentlemen on that photo?

If you call it Parisian again I might get angry Red Star is a good name on its own.
And no I haven't played for the club I just happen to live there.

Oh, sorrrrrry, my source of information was http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Star_Paris . Looked at the French wiki, and even from that an innocent mind could guess the club has something to do with Paris. Glad you taught me better

The stadium is about 200m away from Paris, but historically it's set in the working class suburbs just north of Paris and the fans are linked with antifascist leftist movements. It's a bit like Sankt Pauli in Germany

Crappy turn report incoming because I have lots to do this afternoon and taking/posting screenshots takes a lot of time.
Both workers at hulk are on the Banana, next turn they start the plantation. Hulk is starving using a PH mine and stone to get the settler out in 4t. We'll grow when the Banana comes in, it's more efficient that way. GD Pfeffi and TOS are growing. Fast. Pfeffi goes for the lighthouse for the 3/0/2 tile that'll be really nice. Settler is ready to found Red Star in the west next turn. In the east our axe can get one xp next turn and another soon, there's a barb city in the northeast so it'll get to 10XP soon.
Important news is the iron location. One is in a jungle 1NE of Perrier (yay for that plant !) and the other is 2SW of the G spot (sorry...) which means 2S1W of the barb city. Goal here is to conquer and keep the city I think.

If you want screenshots I'll try to do them tonight.

My plan was to one-pop whip it. Is yours faster or same speed without losing the pop? Then it'sm better.

Sorry for the bad pun about G spot. Wasn't intentional at first but I couldn't resist the temptation to leave it there. Iron is not easy to get on this map. Interesting stuff.
