I'm not sure I'd send a diplo message to CPers regarding Apolyton's guilt with the road, I'd rather drop it during a chat and go "can you freaking be-leeve this guy!? They tried to pin the blame on you!" Nevermind the fact that CPers will never attack Apolyton, just something to jeopardise relations between CPers and Apolyton. Because Apolyton are absolutely going to be members of the upcoming dogpile, and they'll be interested in all those juicy extended pre-German territories.
Question: What's our NAP with them? And can we get rifles by T175?

What is Apolyton's current power rating?
If they're weak enough, and continue to pillage our captured land, we offer them this as a compromise:
"If your units insist on pillaging the roads we capture, we will remove those units by force."

Considering CP's position as next to the big high-tech-laser fish in the pond, they might not mind. Then again it would be one more thing a CP/Poly alliance would have to deal with.
Either way, we should drop it. Hope CivFur replies soonish.

They don't NEED help against CFC! There is no fighting between CFC and CivFr!

Current in-game resource trades and deals, excluding ours:
WPC gets wine from CFC.
The Spanish has none.
Apolyton sends wheat to CivFr, and gets sugar. They also send fish to CFC for silk.
The Germans get ivory from CivFr, and send marble to CivPlayers.
CivFr sends sugar to Apolyton, and gets wheat. They send ivory to the Germans. They exchange rice for clams with CivPlayers, and receive furs from them. THey also ssend incense to Univers for pigs.
CFC sends wine to WPC. They trade silk to Apolyton for fish.
Univers exchange pigs to CivFr for incense. They exchange pigs to CivPlayers for wheat.
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width
