There's no way CFC or us would desire to see the NAP canceled right now. It's just not going to happen, it would be dumb for us and them.
Also, I should have rephrased my previous post a little better. I think it may be worthwhile for me to equate the pillaging with us canceling the resource gifts. Anything to get their attention that it won't be tolerated. We don't have a huge leg to stand on though seeing as we're handing elephants to their enemy.
If it wasn't CFC, I'd say you guys are just mad that you couldn't get Sullla to pillage that cottage the last 3 turns.

Pillaging a cottage at Wasserburg is largely irrelevant, aside from being a bit irritating. If CFC uses their chariot to pillage mature towns at the German capital, however, that's a lot more serious. We definitely should lean on them to cut out their nonsense, although I'm not sure how much leverage we have either. There's nothing specifically written into our agreement that prohibits pillaging tiles in neutral territory, and in CFC land that's more than enough to go right ahead.
Their last communication to us was that they were looking forward to the T175 situation so that they could weight various options / offers. I think that we should point out that continued pillaging of ex-German tiles will be seen as a disrespectful move and (while not a NAP violation) will sour any possible options / offers they may receive from us in the run up to T175.
(not that we are planning on offering they anything).

Why point out that we don't see it as a NAP violation? Keep them on their toes, give nothing away. My post from earlier... yeah, tit for tat, strategic objectives and all that. There's a reason I'm not the diplomatic voice of RB. I do my diplo drinking out of a flask at the beach. I would not seriously consider throwing away a strategic priority over a little frustration. But, it's one thing after another with these guys. Pushing back is not a bad idea. And, we truly are in Cold War phase, no need to do anything else but call them on unfriendly bullshit and let them know that whatever expectation they have for a "fair and beneficial" T75 NAP is quickly fading, due in large part to stuff like pillaging our conquests. If they don't like it, let them take it out on us when we go to war. I'm over the kiddie stuff with CFC, let's start showing some teeth.
I really don't see why we're planning on making a fuss out of it. Yeah, it's a nasty thing to do I suppose, but so what? What they did in the grand scheme of things means nothing, and spouting random threats does nothing. We both know we're not going to cancel the nap. and threatening to cancel our gift to them only gives them reason to claim the NAP is over when they feel the time is opportune for them. It's not like they didn't know this wouldn't piss us off. They just know there's nothing we can do about it.
