Thank you all for your kind words. And thanks Mjmd for letting me play, i ve learnt so much playing this game, and not only civ things, also how to cooldonw my nerves when i was about to throw the towel. 

Anything you want to point out or anything you would have done differently is really welcomed in my thread. I would like that thread to be interesting as a reading for anyone starting on this game and on multiplayer. I hope i achieved that goal too.
