The Quarterdeck - Turn Discussion Thread

Here is the current status. I didn't move anything yet. I'm not sure why M3 only moved one warrior up, but I'm ok with that. Tortuga is completely safe now from those two warriors because it will be finishing another Q end of next turn. Since Tortuga is safe we should retreat both our Q's back to Barbados.




This turn we should move both of our Q's to the red circle. By stacking them we eliminate the possibility of 2v1 and since both our Q's have Combat 1 I think we are safe, especially since M3 didn't attack our single Quechua on the previous two turns. We will still reach Barbados one move ahead of blue line.

im good with that Cornflakes - seems like we could play your suggestion.

I would like to escort a worker back down for that corn and other improvements. Its horrible what they have done to us in terms of turns lost in extra food and gold there.

Also remember in 4t we could be facing 3 warriors at Tortuga, but i imagine 3v2 is suicide for them.

Moving the Quechuas sounds good, the age of the Warrior is over. Hopefully the Age of the Axe hasn't begun yet.

I think we should swap back to the Corn at Tortuga. What should we dump/waste hammers into, Quechua or Monument?

Also, is the turn set to be played?

Isn't the issue that the Worker will be really slow? And being Size 2 for emergency whips is probably a good idea.

You know, we don't have any improved tiles to grow onto or any good military units to build... Worker doesn't sound bad.

Thanks, it struck me as humorous. Quoting Realms Beyond people was definitely a good idea.

I think that we grow one turn after the Quechua finishes. Wait, one turn until Quechua finishes, but three turns until growth?

Also, it seems pretty obvious that after we mine the Copper, we move our Workers onto the 1/3 chopped forest and chop it into an Axe/Spear.
