Question Tasunke who evened the vote vs Azza, Question Gag who switched off him only because of my double vote that I threatened him with and then went right back on when Tas voted Azza.

Why would I have claimed until now? I had ONE vote on me, for a limited time, during all of day 2. And it's not like there was a case on me that I could defend against; it was basically just a bare vote from Novice, which I interpreted to be a generic pressure vote. Why did we push Jkaen and Gazglum to claim if we were going to lynch someone who didn't claim at the last minute? Why should the claim that you've heard dissuade you more than the claim that you didn't hear? Hint: If you push a scum to claim, the claim is going to sound good. It shouldn't come as a surprise.

To be clear, I'm not complaining about being the target of suspicion, but at least give me a heads up that you might want to lynch me before I'm asleep. And to justify it by saying that I would have claimed by now if I'm the seer... it's just mystifying.

I agree Zak, and I said so:

I do think you're a possible scumbo. I think you've been primarily following along other people's cases rather than trying to make some of your own. Last night I was feeling the pressure of choosing between Jkaen and Azza, and for a brief glorious moment I dreamed of reliving the dream of last game and taking WOlfZac down. But it wouldn't be fair, and I dropped the idea.

I don't think you or Uber are at all suspicious for not claiming, you have had no reason to yet. Having said that, given that we're down to just a few question marks, I think tomorrow morning it would be best for everyone to come clean. Starting with you would be my preference.

(April 12th, 2013, 06:00)novice Wrote: So now we lynch Ryan then?

No. No, I swear off meta-cases. I have a bad case of meta hangover. I have consistently said that I think Ryan is a strong town lean, while Azza was a mildly scummy lean for me. I thought my meta case was good, it failed, and I'm not going to waste any more time going down that road. I guess Ryan is slightly more suspicious to me now, because I still hate the village puppet and master idea, but that is still outweighed by his play up to now.

Ryan, I did swing back to Azza after voting Jkaen. But I said at the time that I was voting Jkaen in self-defence, because I couldn't survive you switching yourself and Azza onto me. Once you had apparently gone, I had the chance to go back to Azza, and I did it because I genuinely thought the case against Azza was better at that point.

That's what being mayor is about my boy, making the tough decisions.

And let's just think about what might have been happening if things had gone differently. If I had stayed on Jkaen, and he had flipped town, then I would have made the casting vote on killing our tracker. Furthermore, people would be able to say, with reason, "Look at Gaz, he talked and talked about getting Azza lynched, but he switched off him at the end of the day. Very sus." And I think they would have been right. You gotta put your money where your mouth is.

I'm waiting until tomorrow to do any more scumhunting, when we have more info, but Novice wanted an answer to Zak's post.

True. True. I rumbaed, tapped, be-bopped and Charlestoned. It was because I felt like the whole day was coming down to my choice, I had a lot of doubt, and I genuinely hate mislynching people.

In short, I thought Jkaen's Day 1 was scummy, but his Day 2 was not particularly. And I had presumed we would have a seer, would have to have a seer, if we had a Miller. Novice said that wasn't necessarily the case, and threw me into doubts.

(April 11th, 2013, 19:02)novice Wrote: Frankly I doubt we have a seer. It's unlikely a priori (too unfun for scum), and if we had one there's a decent chance he'd have claimed already with all the pressure going around. So Q could be lying but Jkaen's claim is a null tell to me.

Since Novice is the only player in the game I know is innocent, I take his perspective seriously. And if didn't have a seer, Jkaen is looking a lot less scummy to me.

Zak, you say that Novice's view is flawed. Maybe it was, in hindsight. At the time, nobody spoke out against it and it got my worry-wheels turning.

If we DO have a seer, please, read me tonight and then confess tomorrow and I can protect you another day. In the event that I don't take a bullet in the next few hours.

And finally Zak, yes, I did start to think you were suspicious. It's because I have, perhaps, an inflated sense of your skill at the game, so I expect more scum-hunting from you. I thought Jkaen was suspicious, but obviously he would vote to save himself so his Azza vote told me nothing. Likewise, Azza's vote on Jkaen. You were my third most suspicious, and under no real pressure at all, so your vote was the one that worried me. Especially because I was doubting Jkaen anyway.

Well looks like tasunke was our role seer.

I tracked Zak lt night as somebody suspicious to me, and since nobody had suggested who to follow. I got 'no result'

I assume that means he didn't follow anybody rather than my power got blocked

Maybe you should ask for clarification about that rather than leaving it open-ended.
If you know what I mean.
