Right, so lets get down to business. I played and basically was moving our units around. Our workers have very little left to do, we really must remedy that.
I don't know if you noticed but we have vision inside of plako's cities. City investigation passive. He has 2 forges, 1 courthouse, 1 library and a couple terraces building. Also a Longbow and he completed 5 units this turn: 2 knights 3 cats but hasn't selected a new build. He has 5 knights chilling on his west coast city Volocomb which is his moai and HE city and he is almost 1t-ing knights in his golden age, probably is 1t-ing them with sustained overflow.
I mean wow that's a great advantage. We can see almost everything except the most recently taken barb city and new settlements where we wanted to settle.
So let's set our goals. I think we should aim to cut plako in half as our first goal. We need to take Kish and everything south and east of that city. We might have to raze Kish though and not keep it. Still that means a LOT of land south of us.
Uruk should be our main goal, the question is do we go 1-movers or 2- movers. I favor keeping a battalion of CKN in our area for Counter defense, and half moving in on Uruk with good 1- movers. Our 2- movers can hit Uruk from our lands so they can hang back in defense and then we can send only the amount necessary to take the city.
Once Uruk falls we can Head south to Atico. On the east side we can come down on Nibru pretty easily and I doubt we'll see much resistance south of Nibru. We will of course be scouting with our empty galleons. Astro comes in this turn. We have 4 galley's down by plako, I say we upgrade them and consider loading them. Not sure if its necessary though to distract. I think our troops have to be on land to both attack and defend against plako.
Additionally do we want to raze that northern city by Commodore by going through Comm's lands? I think maybe not. That city is still building a forge right now. it's a fairly large city but we'd have to dedicate 10-12 knights, currently we are at 38.
I think we should aim to attack soon. The longer we wait the harder it is. I think maybe as soon as we have walls in Byblos we should go depending on how close we are to a first ring of culture there. I think the turn we get culture we likely go.
Start gunpowder next turn, we should get a nice bonus since a bunch of other civs have gotten it. Xenu completes it this turn.
