Turn 2

WTF this was supposed to be a larger map than PB54, and Ruff met us on turn 2!!!. If i knew  this i would looked at mongols with other eyes... Im really disappointed.

I would move the scout to round aroudn our capitol but ruff should be really close, would be worth to round him to see his resources and his area? He might be the n1 enemy we got.

Also thought about second city on the river next to the mountain and sheeps, it would be conected sharing food with capitol and having his own source of food. But AH will take a while so it might not be a really good 2 city though.

That is really close =( Has he moved 2 or 3 times? If 2 there can not be more than 7 tiles between our city centers, if 3 it is 9 which is not much either.

Would definitely like to know how close exactly so move the scout NE, E to stand on the hill N of his scout and then explore that way. It should maybe take 4 turns there which leaves us enough time to scout the west as well.

Turn 3

He moved turn 0 turn 1 and turn 2 before us, but still closer than what i would have expected.

I made the mistake of playing before reading the forum :/ So i moved NW. We can go to the hill N-NE to have some better views on the next turn. And if we dont see his capitol then move to the East.

No problem. As we already have headed west we might as well complete the fullcircuit around our start. It will only be a few turns more. Then we can take a deeper look Ruff when we get there later.

I dont really understand what are you saying. Are you saying it would be better to go to the montain and see Ruff or better to end the circle?

I assumed Ruff came from the southeast due to the direction is scout were facing. If that is the case you might as well end the circle before going southeast as we are already North.

If I am mistaken and he is close to where our scout is now, then it is worth it to make a small detour to scout out his start now.

Ruff scout were looking south east so he came from north isnt it like that? If that facing is random then i have no clue. If it is the way that the scout is looking toward he is moving (Or the opositve way to where it came) then maybe look some more to north.
