GKC hasn't settled a second city yet, so we at least won't be behind him in timing. Someone else has though, as top pop is size 3 city + size 1 city.

The cities were connected via the lake from the start, so I had my fingers crossed for this to happen.
Exusiai will grow to 3 next turn and work the newly built copper mine. I went copper before gold for higher hammer yield.
