So, we've got 7 players, and a firm yes on having the starting 9x9 revealed. The next step now is I will make a subforum and move this thread here. Once you all make your threads, I'll post the picture of that starting 9x9, and you can take your time looking over that and doing any planning you want. Remember I included a WorldBuilder file in the first post that you can use as a sandbox base if you want to do so.

The next step to move forward is I will need a Top 7 list from everyone of who they want for their Leader/Civ. The options are in the first post here. Feel free to take your time with this, cause once I have those we can pretty well start right then. Based on Top lists I got from people I had reviewing the setup, people will probably have varying tastes enough that I'm hoping no one gets lower then their 3rd or 4th choice at worst, but fill out the whole top 7 just in case.

Does anyone (possibly someone with no teammate/dedlurker yet) want a newbie dedlurker? I can't guarantee I'll have good ideas, but I can guarantee that I'll pay attention and be active* in the thread!

Would be happy to have you! I normally report pretty regularly. That said, if you're wanting to learn, you may want to consider global lurking this one. All the players in this game are pretty experienced, mostly good reporters, and happy to answer questions. You might learn more seeing different attempts on this start.
