CONCERT for the Eagles Band seems obvious.
HAWK as in another bird of prey seems to be next.

Eagles don't eat worms and he would have clued something else for theater. I don't see any other particularly strong connections.

The Eagles were a band that would play CONCERTs.
They were too big to play in a bar, but might play a THEATER.
... or a CASINO.
... or, most likely, on the FIELD of a stadium.
I don't think they were known for being exceptionally loud, but someone might still consider their music a RACKET.
A HAWK is a raptor, like an eagle.
The Eagles were a country-rock band, so their fans would wear cowboy BOOTs.
... and maybe do some LINE dancing?
I'm reasonably familiar with their music but no clues ring a bell with any song names or band members.

HAWK and then CONCERT? The plural clue indicates a name, and I've heard of the Eagles band, though I know nothing about them. Are the Eagles an American sports team? That might suggest FIELD. There are lots of other words you could potentially clue with Eagles, but for a 2-word clue, I don't think we need to look very far. I'd point to HAWK first, since that's the only word that seems to require this clue. (CONCERT + something else you could clue a thousand other ways.)
