Why do we even wait an answer for that? Just reload to my last logout and give them time. This is not some city-state They have a mature empire of almost 20 cities, they should not miss a turn.
That said: Mig and Ginger, there are two of you, such things should not be happening. If you cannot get to play your turn in time, it's fine, but tell us what is happening.

It's ok, I had stuff queued, so it shouldn't be too bad. play on (Or reload and give me 3-4 hours, if that's preferred). And yes it shouldn't happen, sorry. Looks like ginger and I both have our stressful phases aligned, but still a bad excuse.

I did my 4th and fine maple syrup boil so I was pretty tired last night (I essentially worked about 14 hours) and didn't finish the turn. I'll finish it up tonight.
