March Madness: Civ4 AI Edition

Winner: Frederick
Runner Up: Genghis
First to Die: Asoka
Survivors: 4
Victory: Spaceship, T313

You might want Washington to get involved with society, but the map doesn't seem to - if he can get on with Qin (admittedly not the best neighbor he could have for that) he could easily pull off another isolationist game.

Actual pick logic: India surrounded by aggressive civs is an easy first to die pick whichever leader it has; Frederick's in an excellent position to run a builder snowball if he can get on with Darius as well as he did in his first game, and bands of desert + the "kick me" sign on Asoka's back should push Genghis into going more north than west until Frederick has a tech lead; I could talk myself into any of Peter, Genghis, or Zara for second, but decided to go with first-game performance.

Winner: Zara - Creative is actually pretty good for the AIs. Fin is better but the wonder whoring disposition is not good for your long term health. You want fin with someone who will expand lots. Also Zara was bogged down by an early war last game, until then he was actually pretty up there in score. In this situation with Asoka and other warmongering neighbors to dogpile Asoka, he stands a better chance.
Runner Up: Frederick - I think he played a strong game, he should still be alive and kicking by the end given his position.
First to Die: Asoka - I don't think he can pull a Varys against and play everyone against each other.
Number of Leaders Surviving: 3 - Why Not?
Victory Date and Type: Space, T342 - I have no idea.

This is assuming that the Khan doesn't kill Darius of course and doesn't get killed by Darius. I could also see Peter murdering everyone from his corner or getting steam rolled by his neighbors.

Oh, and I'll take stab at the champion of champions for myself, and say Darius of Persia will win it out (probably without winning a single game before the final).

Edit: seeing as religious is out (thanks Jabah and RefSteel), I'll just change it to diplomacy, as that's essentially the same kind of victory.

You should remove the "religious diplo" from your "blindfoled monkey" options since Sullla is not supposed to have any religion spreaded to his observant, isolationist but still counting civ ...
