Azza's vehement attacks on MJW's sanity were about the only play he had yesterday. Do you think Azza normally plays a careless village game?
No, he plays a quiet game. Similar to D1. His "attacks" (plural) was really his vote for MJW and subsequent just defending that. An attack looks different. For me - again - that was typical Azza (not talking at all except giving some opinion on rather unimportant stuff) with an "error" that was too big for me to believe he would do as wolf. And yes, we have gone through these points already but it seems you have not read my response. Not that you have to believe it, but you state in your post that I "brushed" it off and imo I did not. There is simply only so much to say about that and revisiting it several times does not change that.

What stood out to me was that Lewwyn seemingly first claimed to be a vig and then a doctor with death as a byproduct. I agree with your notions otherwise, but doesn't that part stand out to you? To top it off, he's trying to clam up about it. I'm reminded of his game where he played an evil Fae queen or something, 3rd party faction where his objective was to lynch a specific villager. The facts don't quite match up with scum, but I really can't read him as town either. I don't want him to clam up, I would like a good explanation of his contradictions. If you give him a day pass, I think he'll keep clamming up. I assume he's still playing for his faction to win (he's a good sport), and not bothering with a defense seems anti-town to me.
There's certainly something odd going on, no doubt about that. I'm a little surprised by how he keeps insisting that the wolves have two shots a night- that's of course an option, but I wouldn't be too quick to decisively rule out a third faction, perhaps because I belonged to one in my last game and know just how easily they can slip under the radar- particularly if people refuse to consider they exist. I just don't want to *lynch* him today, not until we see another night resolve, for the reasons I mentioned before.
I'm also confused about what's going on with MJW, but I don't want him revealing any more information prematurely, especially now that another player is apparently involved, somehow . I think he's probably village, and for now I'm willing to write his weird secret role drama off as MJW being MJW and something which may pay off later.

He was accusing Gazglum for him misrepresenting in Azarius eyes zaks play. He then mentioned shortly Q, whom he voted at the end. And today he started with xenu and moved now to me. Both times without much if any reason.
One post I found interesting though:

That was posted at xx:59, a minute before deadline. Tried to influence the "bot" to move to another target, in case it really works automated? I can't believe that someone would really think it is a simple bot, but at the same time, why else would someone post that in a tight voting-situation with one minute to go? Care to explain Azarius?
I was actually fairly suspicious of Qg just after the lynch, before I realized I had misread his post from just after. His flopping, along with Gazglum's zak post were my biggest tells on day one definitely. I'm not exactly married to either case tho, they aren't exactly major flags. Gaz's willingness to vote for what I considered the best candidate of the three realistic choices helped to allay my suspicions of him. It's possible he was just trying to save Azza, or it's possible he is a villager who was thinking along the same lines as myself. My reasons for being suspicious of xenu were in those 28 posts you read, I promise.
The bot had quoted the same line both times, I figured it was worth a shot to see if that was a goofy trigger phrase that had been chosen from the first time. It seems a bit silly in hindsight, but it seemed like it was worth trying .
Rowain, I think I covered most of your points in my response to Serdoa other than Old Harry. I was reluctant to vote for him day 1 because I would prefer not to lynch a new player on day 1 unless it's very obvious. As for today, I can only vote for one person at a time, and I prefer to be slightly less manic with my votes than say bob.

Leweyn was on you early and had moved off by the time zak voted you. Rowain was poking at you a bit, but no vote from him. My vote on you was the first time you've had more than 1 vote all day. You seem to be more concerned with having votes on yourself than finding scum.
I agree, I did defend against accusations despite if a vote was put on them or not. I don't see the sense in waiting till I have 5 votes before I defend, that would just be used as "You tried to cruise by and only when you realized you can't you started defending". And I'd rather not die as I don't see the village gaining anything by me being shown villager. Well, ok, by now they might - partially because of me defending and not making it easy for those trying to attack me. That should at least give more reads for everyone if I am lynched.
Apart from that though, I also provided reads. I pointed out stuff about novice (given that was by prodding by Rowain, but I don't think my reads are less valuable just because he asked me to give my opinion about a specific player). I mentioned opinions I had on several players. But honestly, look at the post count for this thread. We have live players that are below or at Azzas level. And he is dead for a night and half a day now already. Imo these players are deserving much more a vote than I do, but there is not much to base it on, simply because they don't actually play. Given, that might be for time-constraints or whatever, but the matter of fact is, you have an idea what I believe and not. Whom I suspect and not. You have no clue for them, especially not for those that also did not vote either direction yesterday but just let the vote ran its course while they stuck to a 1-vote player.

Because it sounded like you were just using made up numbers and posting to appear to be saying something.
After my posts right before that? I don't like this logic. It seems to me like you were role-fishing.
Merovech's Mapmaking Guidelines:
0. Player Requests: The player's requests take precedence, even if they contradict the following guidelines.
1. Balance: The map must be balanced, both in regards to land quality and availability and in regards to special civilization features. A map may be wonderfully unique and surprising, but, if it is unbalanced, the game will suffer and the player's enjoyment will not be as high as it could be.
2. Identity and Enjoyment: The map should be interesting to play at all levels, from city placement and management to the border-created interactions between civilizations, and should include varied terrain. Flavor should enhance the inherent pleasure resulting from the underlying tile arrangements. The map should not be exceedingly lush, but it is better to err on the lush side than on the poor side when placing terrain.
3. Feel (Avoiding Gimmicks): The map should not be overwhelmed or dominated by the mapmaker's flavor. Embellishment of the map through the use of special improvements, barbarian units, and abnormal terrain can enhance the identity and enjoyment of the map, but should take a backseat to the more normal aspects of the map. The game should usually not revolve around the flavor, but merely be accented by it.
4. Realism: Where possible, the terrain of the map should be realistic. Jungles on desert tiles, or even next to desert tiles, should therefore have a very specific reason for existing. Rivers should run downhill or across level ground into bodies of water. Irrigated terrain should have a higher grassland to plains ratio than dry terrain. Mountain chains should cast rain shadows. Islands, mountains, and peninsulas should follow logical plate tectonics.

Well, not a crosspost so much as my phone only showed everyone post for like two pages and I don't get that at all, but whatever, it doesn't change anything.

Fwiw I tend to agree with you as far as the lurkers. I do have more of an idea about you than them, I just don't like some of it . I'd love to hear more from some of them, and if you recall I was voting Xenu earlier. Matt for instance has managed to take a stance on very little so far, but he doesn't exactly respond to pressure votes at all. So unless I'm willing to just blindly lynch him at this point, there seems little point in going there.
