My thinking was that it has the two foods that are both 1st tier tech foods, and has a coastal start on a map that they know is continental in base with islands around.

ah, yes. I see from Mackoti's thread that you also added a spice that wasn't there at first? I still would SIP and save that spot for city #2, but someone else might make a different suggestion. I like the option now smile.
