I would prefer the game stick with five players, unless we're very sure our collection of timezones and schedules still allows for managing about a turn-a-day. Perhaps consider joining someone as a teammate or dedicated lurker? I think GreyWolf and Ellimist don't have one.



Regarding the Human Takeover setting, it sounds like we've def. got enough people to set it to "on".

iam gmt -3 and i can play at midday (about 3pm gmt) or i can go a bit later, about 19-22 (about 22-1 gmt).

Ive never played by mail, played on lan direct ip and pitboss.
Dont know the version of ffh (ive been recently playing fall further from haven, a really nice mod of ffh :P).
ive been playing every now and then since release, and now i would like to test a pbem game.

We could run this game with a 6th player- my only certain is that we be able to maintain a turn-a-day pace. If you think you can commit to that, I can accept having another person join. Please post your email here, so that I can add it to the first page. You'll also need to submit your top three leader picks to Mardoc via PM, and create a reporting thread- ask in this thread for one of the site admins to grant you thread-creating permission.



I suppose the rest of us should confirm our availability as well, just to be sure- mine is pretty much the same as Ellimist's, I can go before or after him.

ok, iam downloading the mod

i can play 1 turn a day. ill send mardoc my three favorite liders (do i need to select them before starting the game? i mean, i guess the leaders are already chosen and i will have to select one of the free one?)

another question, why do i need thread-creating permission?

i will wait for the rest to answer, and dont know when do every1 else plays, so iam not sure where should i fit in.

We don't play games with duplicate leaders, so everyone sends their top 3 they would like to play to the mapmaker, who then assigns them. That's how we claim leaders, so you have a chance of getting anyone you want. So yes, please send your picks in now- Mardoc needs them from everyone before the game can start.


You don't really need thread-creating permission, but Realms Beyond tradition is that players create "spoiler threads" where they report on their games from time-to-time. This allows lurkers to follow the games and provides a venue for helpful criticism / commentary. Just don't read any other player's spoiler thread while the game is running


Don't worry about slotting yourself into the schedule. Since I proposed this PBEM, I'm organizing it, so I'll add you in once I confirm the availability of whoever hasn't posted theirs yet. I do need your email though, so whoever plays before you knows where to send the turn.
