My own thoughts:
Game Rules:
* Team game, 2v2 or 3v3? - Don't mind.
* Compact Enforced
* Map: Everything I said earlier, but I for one don't think mirrored if 3 teams, because I just can't see that being designed in a way that is still balanced but has areas all three teams can dispute.
* Lairs - On, but guarded and not close to starts
* Huts - Off
* Wildlands - On
* Hallowed Ground (no AC) - On
* City gifting allowed, but only on the first possible turn (i.e. immediately after founding/capture) [previous rule from the pitboss] - This
* Victories Allowed: Only Conquest/Domination Which means obviously concession.
* Common in-house rules: something something limiting Cultists/Octopus Overlords; Tower of Mastery requires Omnescience; Any leader/civilization bans; Stasis ban; anything else? - No particular preferences her
To some of the ones Auroracher has raised:
* Speed - Quick because otherwise I worry the game will drag extremely. High difficulty should compensate for the team advantage.
* Difficulty - Immortal+ at the mapmakers discretion
* Orthus - Off too swingy
* Raging barbarians - Off
Erebus in the Balance - a FFH Modmod based around balancing and polishing FFH for streamlined competitive play.

Format stolen from Qg who stole it from me (preferences in green):
* Team game, 2v2 or 3v3? 2v2v2
* I assume we're using EitBv11.1, unless someone has some reservations? v11.1
* Given the team game, I think Basium at the very least, but probably both him and Hyborem should be banned. I vote for allowing Basium and Hyborem both- bear in mind that Basium will increase tech costs for the summoning team. That said, I don't want human takeovers for either- if you want to play as the Mercurians, you have to give up your old civ to the AI.
* Map: I assume we want natural, as unbiased as possible, and preferably with some oppurtunity for naval conflict without it being overwhelming. Anything else? Anyone know anyone who wants to mapmake? I vote we just go with a random map to save time.
* Lairs - On or Off? On
* Huts - On or Off? Don't care.
* Wildlands - On or Off? On
* Hallowed Ground (no AC) - On or Off? Off
* City gifting allowed, but only on the first possible turn (i.e. immediately after founding/capture) [previous rule from the pitboss] No gifting.
* Victories Allowed: Any of Culture, Religious, Tower or Altar limited? No culture.
* Common in-house rules: something something limiting Cultists/Octopus Overlords; Tower of Mastery requires Omnescience; Any leader/civilization bans; Stasis ban; anything else? Ban Clan, force Omniscience for the Win Tower.
* Game Speed: Quick- this is the one setting I'm going to be a dick about; I won't play Normal. Bear in mind that EitB has harsh tech costs for teams.
* Difficulty: Map Maker's pick or Emperor if we go with a random map.
* Barbarians: Don't care.
* Orthus: Don't care.
* Acheron: Off
* Start Era: Thaw.
* Living World: On.
* Diplomacy: Always War.
* All Unique Features: Don't care.

the same:
Notes:
victory: plz dont allow tower of mastery.
Map: if it isnt random a suggestion: perhaps a continental map with 1 or 2 big lakes, or oceans and if a the teams want to fight they can evade the water, going through highly defensive land masses, or go on water as a backdoor entrance to the rich places. (note sure if i made myself clear on the idea :P)
Game speed: dont care
Bans: if the map is something like i suggested, where i can evade whoever comes with tsunami, i think tsunami could stay, of not... ban.

I prefer a map on one continent so that the game can finish. If we want a naval game, I'd rather make a separate one for that.
Quick speed absolutely. I'd rather not have compact enforced but I can live with it. I do not like lairs and I don't know how you ensure a player is not screwed over by them. If you think Tsunami is op you should modify the spell or remove oo in options. I prefer not to have soft bans in game.
I prefer no unique features but can live with them. I don't understand keeping barbarians in and banning the ac counter. It's hard to raise it.
We can vote for whether 2v2v2 or 3v3
No orthus no acheron. Very swingy.

I prefer not to have soft bans in game. tsunami is op if you are near water, if not is useless. so if we play on islands, tsunami is op, if we play on a single land mass then its useless, the balance comes from the map.

Yes, I'd love a third party. Bob you get to take everyone's feedback and choose the final settings from that.
Also, I like this because we can pm you our civs and we will find midgame who we face.
