I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

retep, can you please play your turn or ask a lurker to play your turn so that Donovan can play his? I'll be ending mine first thing this morning and it would have been nice for the turn to be able to roll when I do so that Gavagai & Commodore could play later today.

Yeah but if the turn had rolled this morning as would have happened if retep had played thus allowing Donovan to play last night, then Gavagai would likely be able to play during his normal time this afternoon (I'm speaking in EST times, even though I know that would be Gav's evening) and Commodore would be able to play this evening when he got home from work. That would allow you to play tonight, and then retep & Donovan to play after that with me playing my turn tomorrow morning. With the turn not rolling, that likely means Gav won't be able to play until tomorrow afternoon which will in turn push my playing until Friday morning, delaying things by a day. At this point, the turn won't even have rolled by the time you get home since I'm going to have to pause it this morning.

For whatever it's worth, retep's last visit to the RB forum was September 13th. So it appears that even a PM wouldn't help us in this situation.

I can actually play whenever today, hopefully in time for Gav and Ruff. Is there a lurker that can go in to play the save? The turn would take less than 2 minutes to play.

Donovan, from your recollection is there anything that retep could even do this turn that would affect the outcome of whatever you might do? I know he's down to just that one last city. If it's about to fall this turn (feel free to discuss with lurkers in your thread to avoid spoilers in here), then maybe we just skip him to keep the game moving.

And this is the reason why for PB27 (and should be done for all other games) we made sure every player has their password in their thread for the lurkers. I didn't realize it wasn't done for this game.
