RP Pitboss #2 [SPOILERS] - Darius I of the Holy Roman Empire

Confu got into Land's End as well (though the reload might change that).
I suggest we tech CS after Feud and switch to OR and Bur at the same time.

Okay.

Feudalism - CS (nice, Feud is a prereq anyway) - then what?

CS for Bureaucracy would be great.

Why is there a reload for this and not for Whosit's accidental war before?

Anyway, I assume you did the same things during the reload. Remember, the worker that was near Stardock should pasture the sheep first, then load the galley.

Quote:Dear Speaker and Sullla of India,

We are glad that our payment has gone through. Now we hope that you won't gift troops to our rival, the Romalinese (Dantski). Nakor has informed me that you gave some troops to Romali, although I assume that was simply for returning, not actual gifting, right? Understandably, both of us are trying to have maximum knowledge about Romali's forces to defend against what will be an eventual attack on us.

As you mentioned, we have no reason to be enemies from this point forward. Your main concern - about the prevention of the dogplie - is something that we'll try to deal with should another dogpile happen again. As of now, I think you're safe, especially because of your high power rating.

We'd love to have some extended NAP's. We have many already that end at turn 150, so we are worried about what shall happen should that turn comes. We'd be VERY interested in extending our current one to turn 170 (20 extra turns). If you need some extra time to think things over, feel free to inform us. We're doing our best to be flexible. =)

Sincerely,
DMOC for the HRE Team

Yes, I did as we did earlier.
Let's hope KA agrees to an extended NAP.

I think we should go Feud - CS - (revolt to OR & Bur) - MC - Machinery
Run 0%, ugrade all our axe's to macemen, build a lot of cat's for offense and LB's for defense and get rid of Dantski.

I mean, that does sound like a nice plan, right? wink lol

Or do you have another interesting tech line in mind? Like Aest - Lit? shhh

I'll send an email to Whosit to extend our NAP to one without a date (same as we have with Plako now).

I would rather not upgrade units at the cost of research. Upgrading units costs so much gold that is better put in research. I mean, once we get CS/Mach, we can build macemen easily, and by using praets + lots of axes, we can still attack cities with numbers advantage.

Say we need to get a catapult - praet trade with whosit.

Nakor that worker in the galley should have pastured the sheep. It will take about 20 turns for the borders in our new city to pop, so what's the worker going to do?

Next turn I'd unload that worker onto the sheep, then after that pasture. Once the pasture is done, I'd reload on the galley, head over to Land's end, road to silver, then mine silver.

What's the plan with the worker now? DO we busy ourselves roading Land's End or do we go with what I said above? I'd prefer the above but tell me if you have other ideas. smile

Thing is, there's a big difference between bumping the wrong button on your keyboard and forgetting to declare war.

DMOC, If confu DOES spread to Land's End it will be only 10t before border pop.
The worker can road towards the silver and then land inward to our second city site.

But I agree, let's do the sheep first.

Edit: Whosit agreed to a Defensive Pact and he or we will make an announcement soon in the Public Thread

Getting sheep hooked up is still more important and we can't guarantee the spread of religion.

Playing turn now.
