I've been over this so many times since this started - it all boils down to either Selrahc or the Owl. I can see no other alternative except lyching some complete random, and at this point that seems even worse.

You say yourself that Luddite brought the owl in. Read my post the story is right there. As far as I know The owl contacted Luddite clsaiming he knows that L is a villager. Now a wolf would know exactly that and can fabricate a secret role can't he?
You all seem to believe that a wolf would never sell out the Devil but this is a Team-game. If one wolf can enter the power-group. As a trusted nightscanning member he can clean the remaining wolves from suspicion.

Either the Network was infiltrated and destroyed by the Owl, or Luddite sold himself out to Selrahc - with my help. Either way, Luddite was the key to solving this riddle, at least for me. I didn't piece it all together until last night, and I simply didn't have the chance to post it until now.

THAT'S why I'm voting Selrahc - to determine if SELRAHC killed Luddite, or the Owl. Once that's determined, I can move forward - like onto Sunrise's claim of Uberfish. I see no better option at this point than finding Luddite's killer. He was the catalyst.

Hi Selrahc,

I haven't posted much in the thread, but I've spent quite a long time reading through the thread. That's how I originally decided that Roland was right about lynching Sandover (even if he chickened out at the last minute ) , and I've decided that I'm pretty sure you're innocent.

I have also been thinking that there's a high possibility that the seer might have contacted you, either because he trusts you, or because he scanned you since you're the mayor. Since the villagers need to form a trusted network with the seer, I'm contacting you in the hopes that you might be able to put me in contact with him. If you don't trust me enough yet to tell me his name, that's fine, you can just tell me whether or not someone claiming to be the seer has contacted you.

To which I responded that no seer had contacted me, and I wasn't sure if I would tell him when the seer did, since that could be useful information to a wolf. But that anything he told me I would happily pass along as and when a seer got in contact.

I received no further correspondence from Luddite. (And note, that isn't him asking me if I was the seer as was previously claimed. Just asking if I had been contacted by the seer.)


Now unless you're of the belief that anyone who ever sends a PM must be a mason, I don't see much from that which would lead me to assume Luddite was a mason.

In fact I didn't know he was a mason. I was a little suspicious because that PM looked like a wolf fishing for info. Obviously it was a mason fishing for info.... But I didn't know that.

Now obviously the fact that Luddite was killed doesn't mean the wolves knew he was a mason. But if he was being lose lipped with his role, then probably they found out. But it wasn't through me. I never knew until I saw his body.

And again, that brings us back to the owl. Who knew the role of Luddite. And is now accusing innocent villagers.

You know Roland, I can understand why you are doing what you are doing. The bad thing though is that it cost us discussion on day 2 and discussion on day 3. It's not the villagers lost which I blame on this whole "network" it is the lost time to discuss.

I also don't understand why our masons on one hand needed you to act as proxy in the thread but on the other hand didn't have an issue to speak to people they had NO CLUE about. Thats really ridiculous - and a sure way to get you killed as well.

Sorry for not having enough time to get this all sorted out. I have work, and a life, like the rest of you. It took me through last night to figure this out, and I have not had a single chance to post since then. If I had known everything up front and had it all organized, I would have thrown it all out there before now. When Luddite was lost everything went to chaos. Honestly, I just didn't have it in me to sort through this whole ordeal until last night, and I've had zero time to post anything today. Every time I've tried I've been wrenched away for work. These time zones are killer for everyone involved, it seems, since we're all on different schedules.

At this point I don't trust anyone except the Mason, which brings none of us any help.

Owl or Selrahc? One or the other.
