I was trying to get a good look at the culture graphs (to see if we had more culture per turn than THH, turns out we're almost even as of 2t ago), but I saw this :

Notice how the mere fact of not bordering THH is making AlHazard a serious contender ? He didn't have to whip himself to death for the past 15t unlike us and Mardoc...

Ok Adrien, you're in charge.
- keep in mind that even if you retake Hulk, THH can still retake it if after all he doesn't want peace, and he can also attack units in a 2t radius around it (he has engineering). So I say move in a numid or chariot, and leave the rest behind.
- I'd switch Emerald to university (the musket still being whippable when needed), because otherwise we'll have trouble getting it out in time for Oxford. Also after the current musket a missionary from Perrier to Emerald could help with that. Also start the university at Jungle, we're running out of forests
- I'd rather not provoke THH not to accept peace. An exception would be e.g. if he moves that mace onto the gems

Of course if you think you can work out better plans, follow them

Ok I'll do my best this week (until the 19th where I'll need Dreylin to take over). If we get peace I might be tempted to go for cuirassiers and go on the offense (but I need more time to think it through).

False alarm after all, but I still think it's gonna be today, so still leaving the turn to you. We should still wait a while with turning on research till universities / Oxford are up anyways, so no need to decide right now. But I remind you that getting to MT itakes more time than the 10t peace treaty, and after that we would still have to build those cuirs, while pikes can be upgraded from spears in case of emergency.
Also, really, the road movement....

Yes, after engineering it's just Chemistry and MS to get to Grenadiers. What advantages are there in your opinion in getting Grens instead of Cuirs? I've got no idea of tech costs right now. The MT path seems nice because we can get Lib + Taj on the way (ok not sure if it'll actually work, but I suspect people will at least be hesitant with Lib if they know we already got Education), which is also good for Denial. Of course we can also Lib Chemistry, but we'd still have to research Meditation + Philo for that.
