I got a crush in a simple 1vs3 neutrals battle, reloaded the game 3 times, tried to reproduce the crush but could not reproduce it, so I don't know, to send the file?

Sounds like new cities aren't marked for recalculation of stats. Bug but not one that really affects anything. I'll fix it anyway.

Looks like it's the Good Moon buff. (1 attack, defense, 1 movement, the latter seems bugged and only adds 0.5)
The crash seems to be caused by the "defending" unit for the ranged attack being unset so definitely a new UI bug. This might take a few hours to find where it comes from.
Edit : It was caused by the UI letting the AI choose the next action while there was an unhandled ranged attack animation request. So the ranged attack and the next unit walking conflicted with each other. This will be fixed for the next update along with the possibility of similar problems on anything that triggers an animation indirectly now instead of directly.

1. Oh well. You're right. Spells that you could cast, if currently applicable, have realm icons and are grayed out the same way as are spells that you can't cast at all. Thats only confusing when looking at it for the first time and without thinking.
2. Aha. The Good Moon buffs! It was +0.5 moves then, and +1 Attack/+1 Defense per turn! (If I remember correctly, I can't look right now.)

I can't change the file name without losing the download link as far as I know. The version date in the main menu should be updateded after each new upload.

This is very likely the same problem Slingers reported, where the AI tried to attack using two units at the same time. If so, it's already fixed.
