That would be fun. You'd have to have a really epic war though, for it to be worth the cost of the pyramids just for the +25% military production of police state. Pyramids is 500 hammers, so that's uh... x = (x-500)*1.25... 625 = x*.25... x = 2500. I would have to be spending at least 2500 hammers on military units to break even. That's 50 horse archers. Probably easier just to rush people with horse archers, no?
