[spoilers]Oh Canada! Victoria has a Commodore, eh?

Oh hey, news! Mardoc informed me of this whilst kibitzing...
Quote:Commodore
Although
Mackoti is better.
Weirdly enough, I'm more confident in Mackoti winning PB13 than in Seven winning PB16

Mardoc Mardoc
he's at war with scootinator :-)
so we'll get to see if you're righ
right

Commodore
Oh? Cool
Perfect move
Mack is scarily aggressive

Mardoc Mardoc
yeah, most people would try to finish one war before starting the next
or, well
actually

Commodore
If Pindicooter throw in 100%, and Finarry keep hammering, and Plako hammers right...

Mardoc Mardoc
most people would aim for wars with the little guys, and leave the big ones alone

Commodore
Well, Plako might win then

Mardoc Mardoc
yeah, there's all kinds of possibilities
good game to lurk

Commodore
The T-800 beat the T-1000 in Terminator 2....

Mardoc Mardoc
better if Mack reported, mind

Commodore
Pindicooter=Sarah Connor
Finarry=non-OSHA-compliant steel mill
You rules lawyers can hush, I got nuthin' from Mardoc I wouldn't get logging in right now.

SEE LOOK BRICK THE SETUP TIPS SAY I NEED MORE FOOD TOO.

The RNG is trying to help, but alas you can't pop food. So. Popped another one, this is getting silly. dancing

The first bit of bad news in the turn is seen in the event log above; carracks, they suck man. Good odds, but who cares? Carracks sink all time.

The worse news, of course, is that WLP has a core of ridiculously experienced knights from his earlier spanking of Ichabod and/or Retep. So; things do not look good for Homestar Runner...

...and, yeah, Bathurst died. I knew exactly how to win this, and I didn't. Teaching all the wrong lessons here. frown

Not a great signal be giving the southern neighbors, and if Mackoti's "unhappy diplo" was a peace treaty, they have a 10t NAP now. I need to keep watching, so these EPs are well spent.

Dude, I don't even know. I mean on the one hand I probably shouldn't have strung them out in penny-packets like this, but on the other hand he's been very lucky with killing them. I've done this with caravels and shut a dude down. Carracks: Will let you down every time.

I know, the plan was to build up strength in theater. Sadly, they just. Keep. Dying. Ah well, I'm going to get a second GG soon at least, and while I mass troops I'll be massing boats, too.

So anyway, here's the reduced and sad Canada, looking weakish and stagnant. On the plus side, southern killer whales are still fighting the bears, so the muskets-unto-rifles you see building ought to arrive in time.

I'm going to rapid-fire settle the last three cities in North Greenland, so I'm building myself some missionaries too. Free Market, baby...it's worth it to settle all over the place. Although nowhere so silly as with the capital, where the biggest city in the world turns trade routes into some lesser civs' surplus GNP.

Rifles, rifles, rifles next...

Son of Kenzie, Rex: Free Market's argument. A watermill/workshop/mine to build its harbor and feitoria, then coastal fishing. Yet I expect to turn a profit every day here.

Universities are getting whipped in very soon. Last question is which excellent city gets mauled for that seventh university:
Moai victim Ellesmere...

...or strong generalist powerhouse Vancouver.
