It looks to me from civstats like Scooter took the peace deal. Awesome.
I do not plan on getting any more tech after rifles. In fact I'm going to delay rifling in order to whip muskets which we will then upgrade to rifles with saved gold.

IIRC Nationalism is practically impossible to bulb, it is very low in bulb preferences...

It's do-able with an artist, except that they like the poly-mono->theology-DR line above Nat. Just means you have to research a dead tech to get to the bubling, might as well bulb DR.

Yeah we're not gonna bulb. No point when we can just save gold up and upgrade cheap units to rifles

In some ways this reminds me of PB6 where I basically just kept building units until the end of the game. That was fun.

Yeah well. We're china, but otherwise not in anyway set up for a cultural victory, nor would we have any hope of defending 3 cities from an all out assault even if we were, hah.
Lewwyn, i think we can probably still 1 turn theocracy. You're going to be whipping a lot of units and probably zero or very little buildings, maybe worth it? I dont know.

This is definitely worth thinking about.

In fact that is what I will do. Then Save money, swap to theo in 4 turns, start whipping again. Finish rifling at 10 turns, War dec and start upgrading units. I can pump out a shit ton of longbows and CKN to upgrade without whipping too! The CKN I will keep as CKN, the Longbows I'll upgrade to rifles.
