we had barracks already in most of the cities :P I guess you're moving our 3 galleys over to transport between the big island we have left and the mainland? those 3 former azza cities should be pretty good soon.

Yeah I built barracks in the island cities and the Azza cities. I'm trying to ferry those units from the islands back over to the mainland so they can join the Scooter front.

I turned up a bit of EP to get demos on Scooter. I'll set tech back to 0% next turn and milk some muskets, CKNs out for the next 3-4 turns.
