AdrienIer what specifically did you find out about Jowy? It seems like you found out that

A) he's town, B) he's an arsonist and C) his flames ONLY KILL SCUM

You know back when I won WW25 as a vampire serial killer I could convert people to my side and I could kill. I got caught killing a ghoul and I claimed my ability only killed scum.

Jkaen didn't you say that you believed the fire was the way scum killed?
