What a funny map, I don't doubt Stalin winning with the best land and Boudica likely to suicide into him (Plus I like his flavors overall aside from espionage), but runner up was extremely difficult as many people who are not Boudica or Pericles have starts that can do it. I went with Suleiman because I feel he will conquer Pericles easily in a slower version of Stalin/Boudica. 3rd civ will be Zara probably.
