[PB72] Xist10 plays far to home

I'd echo Scooter re the spirit. If someone creates a fuss, though, I'm not sure where I'd stand given the letter of the law is a little unclear.

Bing was faster than I.
I think, I will strike yellow and use the settler for white.

And Blue south will remain and can use both fish.
Maybe White south too, I can allocate 1 fish towards white south, blue south has still 1 fish. So yellow fish -> blue, blue fish -> white south
I'm not FIN, but a coastal city is still okay.

Aetryns movements indicate a second war declaration next turn.
I see 10 axemen, I have ~ 9 better units in Mediolanum before he can strike.
The 5 axemen are the axemen from Prudence - Problem: He can move his units a bit faster than I can.
I think, it is better if I remove my praets from Mediolanum to the plainshill 2S, so I can reinforce Mediolanum or Neapal in 1 turn. I will lose the fortify bonus, but I shouldn't lose a city. There could be a possibilty for Aetryn to strike Neapal before my Army is there.

I forgot to make a screenshot ?
Okay, important news: Aetryn offered Fish/Fish last turn.
I accepted - I don't have enough troops to force a breakthrough against Mali (or to ignore his city and defend my cities). I'm a bit vary (PB70), but I think I will Napstab this, not Aetryn.
Otherproblem, I'm broke.

I need traderroutes, so I offer open borders to Aetryn.
I planned to get this with Bing/Greenline, but there isn't a city connecton and so I don't have to built one.
See the horses - Not really a problem against Praets, but I can't use axemen only.

My second settler goes east. another smile and a block city.

I settled here last turn. Maybe a bit to early.

I need more workers.

I'm not sure I understand what you meant here, can you expand on this?

Mjmd is Aetryn‘s dedlurker. Mjmd and PB70 could be known.
But I think Aetryn and Mjmd will honor the Fish/Fish more than I will.
I think it’s more likely that I will declare war than Aetryn/Mjmd.
My wording is horrible there.

Edit: To clarify: I don’t plan to declare war in the near future (~15-20 turns), but I think I will plan a new war before Aetryn begins plotting against me.

How many workers do you have?

Not enough. 4 and I’m building 2 more.

A general rule of thumb is 1.5x workers per city. So for 6 cities, you should have roughly 9 workers. (if its a bunch of island cities ect its obviously different)

Time to update again.

Bing wants to trade. I have only one gold at the moment -> declined
My second gold is active in 2 turns, so I can think about something.

I propose "the" same deal to Aetryn. Maybe A mistake. Bing is the forerunner, but I don't think we will come in conflict early. Or to say it otherwise: I have a short border to Bing/greenline, but a long border to Aetryn. And I didn't forget the razed city.

Aetryn built the gardens and founded christianity. Bing was ~ 10 turns fastern than I with CoL.

I do have a few gaps. Priesthood for temples and masonry-> construction are important right know.
Calendar too, I have 1, maybe 2 ressources.
And Machinery for windmills.
I think about CoL->Priesthood(I wantto run a priest somewhere)->Machinery->Construction->Calendar

I discarded the scientiest to build the forum faster. Poll is at ~200 GPP ?

I'm not sure If I want Antium to grow further. I do plan to discard at least one foodtile (I will swap seafood fo landfood this turn)
Even a Forum only gives ~ 3 gold.
I think I will built a few units here.

Here i plan with a forum after the missionary.

I whipped the Forum last turn. Grow again, even If Neapolis will lose a few tiles in the further.
GLH cottages are the best filed, but I don't think I can competed If I built research/gold
Windmills could be better, I think, but this need Machinery.

Need a workboat, maybe from ROme, maybe from here.
3 Foodressources and coast. This city wont be able to built much (even If I plan to add atleast one mine), but I should be able to produce GPP.
I think I will whip the forum POP5. Could be the fastest way. Or I will whip a few (2) axemen POP2.

Is mad and shrinking in the moment. I'm thinking about whipping the forum POP4. And I think I should do it.

Second bordercity towards Greenline. I don't plan to whip the monastry, even I want more cultre here (southern Bing city is Holy City).
But If I'm thinking about It. I lose the forsthill and a cottage. I think I will whip here too.

Bordercity towards Bing. Not enough troops. I think I will slow the growt of this city and work the second goldtile at size 5.

Setia grows to fast (or my worker management is not good).
I do plan to change things here. The seafood from Antium to Setia and cottage instead of the desert tile (I don't have the correct word).

I did changed my plan here. Scantium here instead of 2N.

I founded Ardea this turn. I moved this city 1S1W. I can use fish and sheep.
This city was a bit unplanned (other city had a higher priority at first), but the Holy City in the West pushed this city a bit further.
Religion in 4 turns (missionary from Cumae)

13 workers for 13 citys is okay. My manament could be a  bit better, but I think I have enough workers.
But not enough troops

I plan with 2 citys more here. Both more or less to fill the area, but with a own food ressource, i can run 2 specialists and 1 mine if I want.

Here  Iwant to refound the razed city with the settler from Antium. But I think the White city is more important.
After that, 1 city to fill the area (Red), a maybe to get another happy ressources (Desertcity near Bing).
Plan is White, Desert, Razed, Both western spots, Red

Better but not good. I need bigger citys.
