How does War Weariness work in this mod (or indeed in general)?

When I took 60 or 80 or however many casualties taking Creation, that added 9 WW in my capital (before building Jail)
So if I take another 50 casualties at the next town, will it add +4 unhappiness in my cities, roughly?

I messed my eco up real bad somehow, Aetryn has several times more than me (I don't have Oxford or Wall Street, and no double corp city to put it in)
So I think he will win- but there should be a fun war first...

Uff. But what did you in the 30 tunrs ? If you captured 20 cities, -200 is not much.

I'd like a reload so I can cancel this pre-issued fort build and repair the railroad. I thought I could do it with other further-away workers because I thought they'd get 20 tiles of movement, not 10. 
Does railroad always take 10% movement off or do wheeled units like tanks get 20?

Rails give 10 movement without consideration of the unit’s base movement, the game deducts 1/10 of total movement per tile. This can create some unexpected scenarios if you combine stretches with some roads and some rails, the Morale promotion, and commando units.

Aetryn is sure to beat me, and Greenline actually refused a peace offer for Creation, lol. But at least I can do fun stuff like this raid deleting 3 workers, which increases the distance along rails of a certain stack from 10 to 11 for him
