After almost 100 turns of doing everything I could to try and max loyalty, Venice still revolted. And instantly spawned with two muskets because lol.




I like Civ 6, but seriously, fuck this dogshit mechanic. I would be fine with making a RB mod that just removes city flips and nothing else.
