What I should have done much sooner.
Repair science by Etemenaki. 10 turns with the policy card slotted. Prasat to boost Monarchy. 2 more cities in 3 turns. Banking faith for more builders. And I need a navy and more of an army. Building is stressful.

Both things I voted for, which is nice.
Everything takes so long. But it only feels like that as I can have 4 districts at once.

I thought long and hard if I want to buy the waterwheel to boost Construction. I decided against it. I need the money to be able to upgrade units down the line and as a deterrent.
If Rome accepted the DoF I sent, I would have done it. Would Rome actually dow me? Better keep Gold around.
Great Scientist, not the best. But I fell in the trap of someone closing off GP before. And sure enough, Zheng He out of the way. Bingen shows up which I would love. Rome will probably deny, if not, I need to run projects.
In 3 turns two more aqueducts for even more growth.  And Etemenaki should really happy with research. Next stop: Campus in Vogon Poetry, Mostly Harmless needs an industrial zone or maybe another campus.
42 is founded. If I ever want to do something there I need an industrial zone. No good holy district possible there. A Khmer filler city.

I offered 25 gold as a gift to China. Maybe he gets the double message. DoF renewal and staying friends. We will see.
Chopped wood in Babelfish. Encampment done as well as aqueduct nearly done. The question will be if I keep the marsh, I lean towards yes. The jungle will be chopped next turn then Magnus is off to Vogon Poetry.
My two other workers that I bought last turn get going as well. My faith engine produces a worker every 2 turns. Time to get going.
Vogon Poetry needs the audience chamber chopped and the campus. Some long overdue stuff there.
Also we need two Elephants and then we attack Preslav. And we need a navy. And and and.

Chopped out aqueduct at Babelfish. Chopped out Barracks as well. The jungle of the bananas is not needed as I am swimming in food anyway.
Post-chop babelfish is going industrialzone now. Further info on the city overview.
There is some peculiar stuff going there. China is also not taking a GG thereby denying the next GG to Rome who also declined. That was what I was afraid off with the GS. Anyway, I will also accumulate GG points with my one encampment, so we will see what happens there.
I could also use a 2nd market for the guilds inspiration, but my capital is terribly busy, maybe after Etemenaki?
And aqueducts do not double.
And Mostly Harmless actually has not something to build right now. Well an industrial district in one turn.
Prebuilding a catapult for eurekas down the line. My science still sucks.

Your science may be low now but if you chase eurekas, you can keep up. Too high of a science and you waste a bunch on research un-boosted techs. I'm a little curious how he has a higher culture rate than you. I think you are looking good.
Thoughts on getting a few galleys/quadrireme out for scouting before you hit cartography/square rigging?

Finally the wonder of my dreams is done. +12 science per turn. Next turn +4 when I swap in the -20% land buy card and buy 2 or 3 more swamps, we will see.
After the aqueduct is done at the capital, every city except for bring a towel will build an industry district.

Pop growth continues to be strong as with aqueducts and soon audience hall I push my housing further and food is not an issue. The Capital will join the other cities soon to continue to grow.

Buy another builder, those are not the problem as faith is abundant. Every 2 turns 1 builder atm. Then switch policies.
I need 2 galleys, I can save a bit of money for 4 turns before I go with +100% industrial zone adjacency.
With 2 swamps bought, I am up to 60 science. Slowly getting there. But I need to hit every eureka to stay in the race.

No screenies for this turn as I did the turn by seeing it pop up on my mobile and doing it before midnight. But Chev was not able. More info next turn. Chopping a bunch of stuff.
