It's a Barb World Outside, Let's Keep It That Way: Jonas Endain of the Clan of Embers

Ichabod does Acheron have any of his fire priests up (forget their names). Because if he does it would be very useful to get a few of them from the World Spell.

No, they show up later.

AFAIK, though, they fixed this in the last patch. It was a bug, since the WS should only convert orc units.

Nevertheless, I promised the guys that I'd disband the Sons of Inferno, I've ended up converting one. Turn 60 archmages is unfair, IMO.

Well I got them in a recent patch "o" game, they were all marked orcs. As Acheron turned up on t3 on the other continent and I robbed 4 on turn 90-odd, it was game over.

Hehe,

Yeah. Even in this game, 1-2 of those would mean game over for the others. I guess they start appearing on turn 60-70 (selrahc said something about it), but I'm not sure.

It would have been fun, though.

Ah, I'll update the thread this weekend with the World Spell results. Not so good, but not so bad either. Sciz has an army to easily defend his cities, so I'll try to pillage him and cripple him as much as I can.

Dantski, on the other hand, has very thin defenses. I'm negotiating peace with him under vassalage terms. Let's see if he accepts it.

Sorry for the lack of updates.

I vassalized Dantski in the last couple of turns (I did pretty good diplomaticaly in this case, IMO) and destroyed Sciz (he made some pretty weedy moves while defending his territory)...

Like I said in the tech thread, it's not a fun game anymore...

It was a bad move, I thought I could move back to Midgar in one turn through the hill since I had roaded it but apparently not.

I could've just kept my army in Midgar, but I didn't feel like playing on if I lost Junon, which I would have if I didn't reinforce it, so I decided to take a gamble.

well played

Yeah, there wasn't much you could do. I'd have pillaged you and retaliation would have been very difficult (6 defense archers are too tough). And the illians would have come later...

Not particulary well played... I was very lucky with the conversions and the settings ended up being too imbalanced.

Sorry for the weedy move comment, though. Shouldn't have said it...
