Nope I have a 10 EXP archer for the HE, although 2 wouldn't be that bad. My Capital is producing 90 ish bpt I need it to be a higher size, currently it's only size 9, I want to revolt into HR but don't want to burn the Anarchy turn. Maybe it's wortwhile if I stuff enough archers in it.
