I send Ioan76 a PM asking if he was still interested. Once we hear back, we will know if it is a 5-player game or 4-player game.

If we have a 5 player game, I would prefer going with a pool of 10 and choose from 2 but am fine if we go 3 each.

Edit: Anybody have restrictions on content? Sounds like everybody has both expansions but what about DLCs? It could impact natural wonders and city states.

OK...new DLC being released on a monthly basis starting May 21st. There goes PBEM stability if the balance changes are implemented into pre New Frontier Pass game content.

The New Frontier content will be added every two months, between May 2020 - March 2021, so there definitely needs to be a way to organize games to take this into account. I assume each release will fix bugs, add others and disturb gameplay somewhat.

PS: I'm also interested in dedlurking someone in this game.

Since it looks like we have a full roster and at least 4/5 of us believe we have all the DLCs (Ioan76, what's your DLC status) is it time to talk map settings? With the number of players it looks like we'd be on a small map, so:

- 5 players
- 10 city-states (the usual 2 per player)
- Map Type: I believe Pangea was discussed. Any other thoughts
- Map Settings: ???
- Disaster level: ???

Pangea sounds nice, I like having the option to interact/influence every player from the start. 

Settings and disasters could be on normal for me. I never played a game with higher disaster intensity, so I can't say much about it. Doesn't sound like a nice MP experience, though.

Pangea, 2 CS per player, and standard everything else.

Level 2 disaster is good but don't care if we jack it up to 4 for better yields. Doesn't really seem to have a huge impact in MP games so far, except for the occasional inconvenience.
