I think it's very safe to assume scooter just forgot to press enter. And I do not think he checks this thread, so maybe you should PM him.

I forgot to end turn yeah, sorry. No idea how that happened, I definitely remember pressing the button. For future reference, I do not think you need to observe a turn split with me anymore. I have no units that I can realistically move or attack with, and I'm in the first half so whips don't matter anyway either for the purpose of the current turn.
