I'll stick with my overall winner candidate here, even though Mansa perhaps has higher odds on this map. But if Sury doesn't come through here my score will be shamefully weak, and that cannot stand.
So, let's see. Suryavarman will win this. I think he'll like to go for domination here. But will it be the kind of domination cemented through a vote (with other voters having armed guards behind them to assure they vote correctly) or the kind manifested in a technological marvel, this showcase of absolute power called a spaceship? Who can say.
As for the map, I like the mountains between justinian and sury - this will hopefully shift justinian to the east, to bottle up and neutralize Mansa as much as possible. Mansa also has Zara to the north, which means perhaps not as much expansion possible as with a weaker leader.
So Justinian and Mansa will have border tensions, and with luck they will be following opposing faiths. Mansa will suffer a bit from this, even though his mad scientists will come to his rescue and help him keep up.
But on the western side Sury will have an amazing landgrab, no early wars, and in good time he will engulf and absorb Ottoman lands.
Later on we have the race - Mansa going for spaceship, Sury having an unstoppable army - I'll hope Sury decides to take the win, and seize enough cities to make him dominant.
