 Democracy comes in this turn, to much rejoicing. I'm going to switch civics, then, to my non-golden-age set...but I want to launch a third as soon as is practical, so I will be staying in Pacifism; it's cheap, neighbor-friendly, and I'll be cash rushing things so its not like it discounts costs.  Montreal will be giving me great person #3 for that GA, so the number here we're actually looking at is 800 points. Ugh. Which means a good eighteen turns more after this golden age, but what can ya do...
