Maybe they were done before and I need to re-read; it probably isn't smart to vote right when you wake up. I don't have much new to add - Town leans on Gazglum and dtay. Scum lean on Q. The rest depend a lot on Q, so it really makes sense to lynch him for info. For example, Sunrise is neutral right now, but if Q is scum he gets major town points. He's hard to get a read on. His day 1 scrambling felt like typical pindicator, his frustration with getting bandwagoned day one and then never hearing the end of it seemed real. Wasn't he a competing bandwagon against mattimeo on day one, or were they not concurrent?

Mattimeo was running second to him for a while, then Matt pulled ahead and the Saul votes dissipated, is my memory. Tone wise I've disliked Saul most of the game, and again today where he launched (I thought) a bad attack on Adrien then dropped it and faded back into the wallpaper. But I'm not getting a lot of support on that, I admit. My instincts line up with your thinking about Lewwyn/novice/gaspar. All these obvious cases: Fenn, Jabbz, Q yesterday -- the new ones today I've tried to find in Adrien. They just feel town. I'm trying to find evidence but there doesn't seem to be much. Or it's there and the year absence has made me rusty. But my thinking is that I should follow my gut. And my gut says the evidence isn't there because 1) scum is just lurking through it so we should string up Q, sunrise or Jabbz; or 2) we've got a super wolf team and it's Lewwyn, Gaspar, and Novice I need to go after. Yeah, if we're not going to go after novice for chasing Q for two days and then chicken out at the last moment, I'd much rather vote Gaspar for calling it a garbage vote. Gaspar thinks Q is likely scum yet when the guy whose been championing the Q case since day 1 gets cold feet he is attacking Lewwyn for attacking novice. I agree, I was willing to accept the bad attack as just a mistaken townie but I'd have liked him to state his position after the change to Novice. I kind of like where this day is heading, Q is probably my second choice after Lewwyn. The thing is, if Gaspar is scum, is he protecting one of Novice or Lewwyn? His behaviour in trying to dissuade both their lynches was weird. If he's scum, as someone else said, he could be wanting to kill Town Q then take out Town Novice the next day.
Saul was still the leading vote getter with 5 hours to go b day 1, but by the time the last-minute Zak drama started he was down to 1 vote.
(Doing it page by page, so this is '39)
Quote:I don't quite follow this bit though, can you explain why you think a Lew-team is more likely to be 4-man? Because a 3 man is in a horrible position - as Rowain said day 1, they need 5 mislynches. ...and note novice jumping off me. How is a policy lynch better than me when you've been certain of me for two days now?

Crossposting a bit.
Took a peek on the day one Saul wagon. It seems it was mostly pushed by townish people - zak, gazglum, fenn, me. Lewwyn is on it but he was the second vote when Matt was at one vote, so it couldn't originally have been an attempt to save Matt. Dtay gets town points for moving from Saul to Matt, changing 6-2 to 5-3. Tally after that, as of post 217: 4 votes: Doctor Saul (Lewwyn, zakalwe, Jabbz, Gazglum) 2 votes: Mattimeo (sunrise089, Rowain) 1 votes: Novice (AdrienIer) 1 votes: Zakalwe (Doctor Saul) 1 votes: AdrienIer (novice) 1 votes: AdreinIer (Qgqqqqq) 1 votes: Doctor Saulus (Fenn) 1 votes: Gaspar (BRickAstley) 1 votes: sunrise089 (Gaspar) 1 votes: sunrise (Mattimeo) 1 votes: Matt (dtay) Voting history: I guess you could turn it around and ask why didn't scum push Saul more at this point? Maybe Lewwyn and Jabbz are scum, or maybe Saul is. Or maybe the wagon just dissipated too quickly.
I have to run.
