We just got an OB offer in-game from WPC (or at least that's what my linguistic skills says "Apertura de fronteras" means).

The German team message is not very helpful unfortunately. It implies they know less of the region between us two than we do, which is a bit hard to believe.
Why would they mention the "ocean" east of us when it does nothing to help to get trade routes up and running?

I don't think the Germans are gearing for war, but their power is comparable to ours.

Some options for us, not entirely serious:

Broker peace between them, eg by giving us a buffer zone of the cities of Wismar and Huron River.
Maybe tell WPC that CFC is a softer target.

But this is great news for us. The two weakest teams in the neighbourhood becoming preoccupied with each other instead of with us.
