[spoilers] Commodore: Worse than Toku, it's Giggles of Siam!
|
My knewbie senses are tingling - I don't think I've seen a standard map script generate a must-settle-on-resource-to-prevent-orphaning-other-resource situation.
Then again... I didn't read the setup thread either.
I think the ocean fish is S-SW of land.

Orphans happen all the time, especially with ocean whales/fish. For instance, the beyond the peak in the west fish have mocked us for centuries. Here's the Western Isles in their entirety, by the way.
This is fun, but our golden age is at least drawing to a close, and while we're winning Liberalism, we're losing the land and crop advantage (this is with Western Heights in -24f full starvation mode). Still, power is rising and we're going to enjoy this GNP for a while longer with a cash bomb incoming. For the interested, graphs dump. Serdoa is looking restive, and cramming in the fillers. Ugh. Scooter owns a GE, and a barbarian galley guards the way to his ports. Tell me, capital or harbor the best cash spot? Finally, Taoism is darned well-spread. Oh yeah. Turn: 185 Status:

Darn it, Ceil, don't post the same minute I do and usurp my update!

From http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.p...ostcount=2 and http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.p...ostcount=1, Harbor seems better.

Actually, Commodore, I think your raising your game here and it's great to see. Thoth gets the assist, but this is definitely a new leaf for you.
