Okay so here's the lands (or part of them anyways)
If this turn goes around fast enough i'll be able to play tomorrow, but if I can't you can go ahead and play. I leave at around 5 PM GMT.
I changed Starvald Demelain's production to a settler instead of a worker, because there is really no use for a worker right now. You can switch back if you want to, but Starvald Demelain doesn't need any improvements until I get lumbermills or mining, which is far off, and Kurald Galain has nowhere left to farm except the tile the worker is currently farming, and then he'll have to wait 4 turns until Animal Husbandry is in to pasture the cows and sheep. So I thought I might as well start on a new settler instead, since SD is at its happy cap anyways, and complete the worker when the settler is done.
KG can complete its monument, then idk, but i'll probably be back before it's done anyways. Same for the settler in SD, but in case I don't come back in time, I was thinking south of the oasis near the incense to the east, which also gets a sheep tile. Spring that city and it'll be pretty decent, with the oasis tile being 4f/1h/2c, the incense being 1f/1h/6c or something. some chain irrigation from SD will also help.
Or do you have a better idea for the 3rd city location? I'm all ears. The west is pretty shitty, there's a dyes tile west of SD but nothing else, and no rivers or anything. West of KG there's that oasis/cotton/river place, but it's also pretty shit.
The worker completes its farm, then I have no clue, it has 3-4 turns to waste before animal husbandry is in, but there's nothing for it to do really, so I guess it can just stand around.
Also if you found the 3rd city before i'm back, name it Akhrast Korvalain.
