Plan is to 1t mediation then research priesthood with scientists to raise happy cap while coordinating moai failgold since I will be completely broke after founding 14 cities. Happy cap and zigs should help a bit.

looks like 2metra/ot4e decided to attack ipecac again so I should have 0 problem setting those islands. Still backing each city up with at least axe+spear and would like 1 archer as well.

Capital whipped settler for stone. Settlers for islands are coming from Barracus and Ghoulerc.

Looks like OT4E's team took a city from ipecac but lost a GG unit to do so. they have over 10k power over me which is like 10 sets of axe+spear/chariot, which is a lot. My boat is trying to meet more people but I think I need OB from OT4E to get past. Surprising how small the map is. I should also make a scout and ask OB with ipecac as well to scout further. I can plant 12 cities by T100 but doesn't look like I can plant the 13th one by then.

took a look after turn to see the carnage from the OT4E war and saw that he declared on me and has a galley outside empress! Wonder where that was the previous turn. Good thing I had an axe/spear in the city fully fortified already but the dice rolls could go bad.
