I've got forwarding requests accepted by everyone except Irgy. So, any problems Down Under? Check your spambox, if you did not get the request I'll resend it once more.

The tracker address once we get it rolling will be :

Done. Sorry, I don't check that email address much normally (although obviously that will change soon).

I checked and I was indeed on patch 'n', but I've upgraded to 'o' and put in the fix for exploding sons in as well. So it should all be good to go. We just need a map maker now...

No worries. Forwarding is set and everything else is also ready. All we need now is an actual save to track lol

Christ, no lol

You send your picks to the mapmaker and he/she sorts them out along with the map. wink

You need to settle on the rules, find someone to do the map ( not me, I'm a lurker for Warrior Knight ), send him your picks and restrictions/preferences and wait till he's done.

Not Mist, however that doesn't mean the mapmaker has to be the one to do that.

Is anyone who is going to globally lurk this game willing to tell us all who we'll be playing as? All you have to do is sort through the 6 PM's that you'll receive from the players and then post back here who gets what civ. No mapmaking required. smile

I can do that, as long as you tell me the rules for resolving who gets what.

Have you tested a technical solution for a human controlled Hyborem? You might need to kill off an extra human player on T0 to make sure there's room for another human player.
I have to run.

WarriorKnight Wrote:For chats about games and stuff, we usually use Gmail chat. I noticed that a few people had non gmail e-mail accounts and that's fine, but I'm not sure if we can chat with you in that case.

This discussion should probably go in the tech thread though.

I have a gmail account as well, so I can chat in that if needs be. I'll let people know what it is when the time comes.

I'll PM them to you.

Everyone, send novice your choices. smile Make sure you mention if you want priority for choosing the new civs or not.

Which of the variants of restriction rules discussed in the other thread are we using now? I just sent novice my list, which I created under the assumption that we use the following (which was the last variant mentioned in the other thread):

Irgy Wrote:Leaders: I've created a bit of a straw-man with my misinterpretation of what Mr Yellow said. Also everyone is (openly) biased on the subject depending on whether their own choice is old or new. Encouraging new civs, and strongly encouraging new leaders for old civs, still seems like a reasonable solution to me.

Is my assumption correct?
