Well the question you'd have to ask yourselves is whether you'd want a typical fantasyish name, or whether you're happy playing on a continent named something like "Trixiebell" or "Jogging Shorts".

I'd prefer it at least sounded like the name of an area of land rather than something else, just to reduce confusion. Even if that just meant calling it Belltrixus or Jogshortia instead - it's more about the form of the word than the silliness of it.
