Realms Beyond Werewolf 2 : Game Thread

I think that you're a little pessimistic there, Rowain. Many of the members of Kyan's bloc are the ones most likely to be eaten by wolves, since they are largely accepted villagers at this point. The only one fairly certain to be around to the end is Roland.

So ultimately, everyone will have more say in what happens as we get closer to the end. The more we look at the first 5 days as the unpleasantness we had to get to to get to the less power-role filled game we wanted, the more we'll be able to have fun for the rest of the game. That's my approach at least.

I think severely limiting out of thread communication in the next game is a good call, though in fairness, most of us haven't had all those chats, since we weren't in the network. This game hasn't been especially time consuming for me at all, actually. lol To me, the main benefit is it would keep the thread more entertaining.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Rowain Wrote:The problem is I don't see any possible entertainment. Kyan has named 5 people which he thinks contains 3 wolves. I absolutly expect those 5 to swing from the gallows during the next 5 days no matter what is said, voted for or done. And after this 5 days there are 3 possibilities:

a) Kyan was right -> victory
b) There were only 2 wolves inside: The last day sees a 2:1 and dependent on whom the wolves kill the last day might become interesting.
c) There was only 1 or 0 wolves in Kyans list -> loss.

Soooooo, you wanna call it a game and start a new one with a new Game Master?

Also, I know I really should make an official vote instead of thread spamming with all this meta-stuff, but I really have no idea who I want to lynch. I can come up with a reasonable human explanation for how just about everyone has behaved thus far. I think all the emo-sadness in the thread has me extra not wanting to lynch the wrong person and make a mistake. bang

LOL after Kyan, I'm next probably. We should just lynch Roland.

I know, I almost pulled my vote of Serdoa, because I felt like I saw something that wasn't being acted. But... then I started thinking about it more and thought, "what if he's messing with my head?" Diabolical!

I did what ??? Let me enlighten you. I made 2 posts concerning the discussion. One was the already quoted one the second: was
Rowain Wrote:The way I see it:

We have sunrise called Seer by others first. Later he said yes he is the seer and he scanned uberfish with the result wolf.

If we lynch uberfish today there are 2 possible outcomes:
a) uberfish is a villager => we know sunrise is either fool or wolf and can start to clear all this mess.

b) uberfish is a wolf => while this doesn't prove that sunrise is not the fool it reduces his chances to be a wolf close to zero and we have killed a wolf so clear win here.
Providing reason why uber should swing. Tell me where do you see any I was open to their ideas? The rest of my posts where either tallys or bantering with Gaspar.

Yes but I bet no one on Kyans 100% villager or most likely villager-list will vote against anyone on those lists.

No as the winner is still not decided.

I must apologise.

I've just been back over the pages in question and the notes I made somehow have you down against posts 878 and 880 when in fact they were Rolands. Probably because I was tired and you'd posted just before them.

Rowain removed from immediate suspects list and reduced to

@Lewwyn

Its ok, I overreacted too, sorry for that. I should not read this thread in the morning before I had a coffee I guess.

As for the game: All those power roles which did find each other on Day 1 really took out the fun of the game in my opinion. Or more specific, that we didn't have any real talks. I understand that several people had long chats all day but for me, even with my long posts and my inability to write "good" English, I didn't need to invest so many hours. But I would have loved too, that was what I signed on for - talks about potential candidates. I mean honestly, except for Day 1 we could have basically just voted each and thats it. And obviously that led to frustration. For the trusted network because they knowed the truth and so didn't see a need to talk and couldn't understand why I could not see it and for me because I didn't know, didn't expect something like that and therefore didn't trust it. I mean look at WW1: Did someone expect even remotely that we would know on Day 2 already nearly with certainty that half the village is innocent? Thats just not fun, even if we win easily this way.
